Organizational Structure

At Regent Business Process, our organizational structure is designed to promote efficiency, collaboration, and accountability across all departments. Leading the company is our Chief Executive Officer, Ana Marie Layson, who oversees operations and guides strategic direction.


Our structure is divided into four core departments:


  •     HR Department – Focused on talent acquisition, employee welfare, and compensation. The team includes HR Generalists and Specialists for Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits.
  •     Finance Department – Handles financial planning, bookkeeping, and budgeting, led by our Finance Head and supported by our Bookkeeper.
  •     IT Department – Provides technical support and system maintenance to ensure smooth business operations, with dedicated IT staff and support specialists.
  •     Marketing Department –  provides essential, strategic, and creative services to promote a company’s brand, products, or services. Core functions include market research, brand management, campaign creation, digital marketing (SEO, social media), content creation, public relations, and sales support to drive growth and customer engagement.


Additionally, we have support personnel for essential operational tasks, such as utility and messenger services.
